At THE DEER, we want your order to reach you safely, on time, and without any extra cost. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

🚚 Free Shipping Across India

We offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

⏱️ Order Processing

• Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within [1-2 business days] of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

📦 Delivery Time

• Your order will usually be delivered within 5-7 days from the date of order.
• Exact delivery time depends on your PIN code and your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Delays can sometimes happen due to weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues. If that happens, we will keep you updated.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

• You will receive tracking details by email and SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
• If you have an account, you can also check your order status under “My Orders”.

🚛 Our Courier Partners

We ship through trusted partners: Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post (where required). The best partner for your PIN code is selected automatically.

🛡️ Fully Insured Shipping

Every parcel is shipped fully insured at no extra cost. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the risk is ours, not yours. We will resend your order or resolve it with you.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible PIN codes.
• [Mention if any COD charge applies, or write “No extra COD charges.”]
• For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready. Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

📍 Delivery Address

• Please enter your full address, correct PIN code and working mobile number at checkout. Our couriers deliver to your doorstep, so a wrong or incomplete address can cause delays.
• If you need to change your address, contact us on WhatsApp before your order is shipped.

❌ Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp.
• Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

🔁 Exchange Shipping

Shipping details for exchanges are explained in our Return & Exchange Policy.

If your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately and we will raise a claim with the courier.
